Privacy Policy
Effective July 16, 2026. Plain language, no surprises: here is what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
Who we are
Purple Orange Group is operated by Purple Orange LLC ("Purple Orange," "we," "us"), a holding company based in Chicago, Illinois, with operations in Chicago and Haifa. This policy covers purpleorangegroup.com. Our portfolio companies (Purple Orange AI, Violema, Oryx Research Group, Feel The Line, PsychDoc.AI, BeanDjinn) run their own sites and, where applicable, their own privacy policies.
What we collect
- Contact form. Name, email, the category you select, an optional company or organization, and your message. Submissions are delivered to us through infrastructure we run on Cloudflare Workers.
- Newsletter. Your email address, processed by Beehiiv, our newsletter platform, when you subscribe. Every issue includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
- Voice line. Our phone number is answered by an AI voice agent. Calls may be transcribed and summarized so we can respond, book meetings, or route you to a person. The line is voice-only; we do not send or receive SMS.
- Technical basics. Like nearly every website, our hosting and security providers (e.g., Cloudflare) keep standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — used for security and to keep the site running.
What we don't do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
- We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
- We do not use tracking cookies. The site stores at most minimal, functional state in your browser (for example, remembering a dismissed banner).
How we use information
To respond to you, send the newsletter you asked for, schedule meetings you request, keep the site secure, and understand at an aggregate level how the site is used. That's the whole list.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of processors to run this site: Cloudflare (hosting, security, form delivery), Beehiiv (newsletter), Calendly (meeting scheduling, if you choose to book online), Google Fonts (typefaces, loaded from Google's servers), and the platform behind our AI voice agent. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Retention
Contact messages and call summaries are kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for our records, then deleted. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs rotate on our providers' standard schedules.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK under GDPR or California under the CCPA), these may be legal rights; we honor such requests regardless of where you live. Use the contact form or call the voice line and ask for Max.
International transfers
We operate from the United States and Israel. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be processed in those countries.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update it here with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted plainly at the top.
